It sounds nice but which people? Not the slaves; not the immigrants;  not the itinerant day workers;  Not the homeless, the retired or infirmed.  Not even the working poor and middle class.

Most governments support the rich and powerful.  It is up to everyone else to hold them accountable and keep them honest.
